Notepads: How-To Instructions

Below you will find step-by-step instructions on how to create a notepad.

Step 1: Supplies

Gather all the necessary supplies you will need to complete this project:

Printable

Paper cutter

Scissors

Perforation cutter

Ruler

Cardboard or cardstock

Stapler

Tape

Step 2: Cut

Cut out each of the pages using a paper cutter.

Step 3: Stack

Line up your pages evenly along the top edge of the page.

Step 4: Perforate

Place your ruler along the line at the top of the notepad paper. Use a perforating tool to perforate along the line so the pages will tear from the notepad easily.

Step 5: Organize

Put your pages in the order you want them in the notepad. Use cardboard or cardstock as the last page of the notepad to strengthen it.

Step 6: Staple

Staple along the top of the notepad.

Step 7: Trim

Trim along the edges of the notepad to make the pages even.

Step 8: Tape

Add washi tape or colorful duck tape along the top, covering the staples.

Step 9: Enjoy

You are now ready to use your notepad!
